January 25th : Art Doll (Style Challenge)

STUNNING PAGES SO FAR!!!! Such fun. MY inspiration was the summer photo. The wine glass looked like an hour glass figure and I was going to do a doll based on the simplicity of the little black dress, but then I started adding stuff (you know me) and it was not so simple anymore so swapped out quotes. This has truly been fun.

... that finish line IS looming closer and closer ... you got this ... :-) ... I have no clue how I will pull this off either, this is way out of my comfort zone too!!

I love Vivaldi!!!! And that dolly face on your Spring art doll is the BEST!! Off to give this a go!
 
I went to bed last night without peeking at the new challenge... Wanted to sleep on yesterdays challenge before I posted it.. glad I did.. made a few changes and am now happy with it... So on to this one... Obviously you have made it easy for us... I have actually taken an art doll class and made a few, but nothing like this... this is a more fanciful.. i.e. art journaling sort of thing.. and AJ is NOT my chosen style... I am only looking at the first of 5 pages worth of posts at this moment... Maybe I'll be inspired fully , by the time I read the end of the 5 pages!!!!

I have some sympathy for this point of view. I'm hoping @Neverland Scraps makes a creepy page!

AND I'm only half-way through, but what a great morning thread!
 
I think the biggest challenge on this one was figuring out all the different kits I used. :stars
Fun challenge though. I've never done something like this before.

OK... Have read this fun thread to here... Ready to rock and roll to this challenge ... as soon as I find some breakfast and have a chance to think about what I want to express ....
 
Okay....I have to say this has been a DELIGHTFUL page to create!! :) I started to listen to the music and totally got lost in it for a while. It made me feel like I had been set free inside. And well....my page says it all. Thank you for the wonderful morning I have just had! And here is my page:

yes, I wont mind a photo of you or someone else providing that you cut the face only, ...make the hair or a hat, something, ... Angela made her face less, I have made faces using a font, make a semicircle for the mouth and a couple of dots for the nose..... but you can also leave it faceless.... I mean, the whole point of this is to make you think about what you can create..... but I did say you can go as simple as you want :) so faceless is fine :)
