For years I used a brand that came in a little plastic, almost like a container instead of a tube. So no real squeezing needed, just keep it upside down and it's easy to dispense. But as of last month, the hubby thought that we should buy toothpaste at Sam's Club. So now we have 6 huge tubes that will last the 2 of us forever. I really hate squeezing and the mess that it makes around the opening, but it will be at least a year before I can go back to my old brand. Oh, and I'm squeezing from the bottom and folding as I go.
We used it all, but never used the tooth paste!
I squeeze from wherever until it gets closer to empty and then I start squeezing from the bottom.

With Crest Pro-health- make sure yours is newer & doesn't have the little blue microbeads (read: plastic) that have since been outlawed in the US. I find them under people's gums ALL.THE.TIME! Just think everywhere else in your digestive tract those little plastic beads get stuck!?!?
(I even had our rep track me down some sample sizes!!!)
No wonder I am having a hard time finding it. I will definitely stock up on as much as I can use before the expiration when I run to the store that has it next time.
You can always do amazon! lol!
