What's your superpower?

ohhhh but you have made me so so very happy and have improved my day so many times when I most needed with those out of the blue pms in which you remind me of you being there, and being loved.... as I keep saying, we are sisters, more like TWINS!!!! I have been so emotional lately ..... and right now?
I wish I was around the corner from you to go give you a hugg this very minute... @jesskab
I swear if we lived in the same country, I would have by now gotten in a plane even if I was in the east coast to go meet you.
But I will-
I NEED to go to the USA.
I will!!!!!
 
Being able to do anything while sitting on the toilet: locate lost items, grade spelling tests, wash a 3yo's hands, play trucks, read books, brush hair... the list goes on! :duh

You know you're a mom when your #lifegoals include being able to go to the bathroom without an audience!

ha ha...that would be awesome! LOL My super power must have been working last night. Went to the organic butcher shop and found grass fed beef on sale for half price, yay for that b/c that stuff is expensive :)

Really? We're flying into SFO next Monday en route to Santa Rosa for a week where DD is competing in Showcase Nationals. I'll wave to you as we fly in!

I'm a great writer. Seriously can put together words like a pro!
I'm an awesome online snoop/researcher (long story short, our oldest who is now grown was very rebellious as a teen and I've broken into her emails and social media to find out her locations, friends etc when needed)
I am a peace keeper and mood calmer.
I'm a lover not a fighter.

Hmmm,
I just packed 5 kids' clothes for 7 days in one packing cube! I was pretty proud. I almost took a picture. I might still.
To be totally truthful I actually only packed 3 outfits each. I'll do laundry while we are there.

Ice skate right? I have been to that rink in Santa Rosa. Next time y'all fly, there is a darling airport right in Santa Rosa.
 
@AnneofAlamo I am also a horrible secret keeper. I live like an open book, and honestly just forget when things are supposed to be secret. Like that time, I accidentally announced my friend's pregnancy to like 40 people at the office. (Her son is now 5 and she still won't let me live it down).

I am not sure what my superpower is. I have all the regular "mom" powers. I am somehow the only one in the house who can find lost things, see messes, or know what to bring on the field trip, when the milk forms are due or what is for dinner. At Brownies, the other leaders are in awe of how well the kids listen to me. (I have a few special tricks, they are all based around building group cohesion, so the girls are not behaving will for me, but for each other). At work, I am the "we need an infographic" girl. I am a visual notetaker/bullet journal fanatic. People are fascinated by my notebook, and decide that I am the person to make charts, graphs and other graphics.

Snoopy's Rink! It was much cheaper to fly into San Francisco non-stop with Virgin Airlines and rent a car to Santa Rosa than fly into that airport. We are doing an approximately 3-hour car rental from SFO to Santa Rosa to get another car there. SFO adds about $42 per day in fees, and having a car for two weeks would've added about $900 to the bill. EEks!

As someone who's only moved states and provinces, this is an amazing super power! It is hard to be willing to adapt to new people, places, customs.

OMG OMG OMG I JUST REALIZED!!!!!!!!! and I still had to read about 4 times to "get it" I thought you were talking about a typo of yours....I am SO SORRY!!!!!
gotta laugh... because I do try , I do... but still, I do re read and fix the stuff that is very apparent, but I mix letters and numbers, if you have been in chats with me, or chat with me via FB chat live, you know I am the Queen of Typos, and in some of the chats, I have been HUGELY grateful that all of you know me and laugh with me because some of the typos were embarrassing LOL
When I shop online, and I have to put cards details, for payments and all like that, I need someone to read me out the numbers, I type, then I read out again, they check, and then I get them to check themselves because sometimes I'm telling 5 and what is written is 6 or I say 7 for a 4...
I was stressed when it first started that I had holes in my memory, short time ones, neurologist keep re assuring me that is side effects from medication ...almost 14 years in so many tablets, plus the crazy life I led before.....
Thanks for spotting this (and taking it with humor!!!)

and yes, I want to organize next year trip in Europe, but I am already getting in touch with all my family in the USA as next year I will go for the visa and come see you, honestly, it would be a dream to go hug you in person!!!!!!! <3

Oh, sweetie, seriously it was meant with all the love in the world! I just laughed because it totally changed the context of your statement! I promise, no apology needed. It made me smile.
You should see some of my amazing autocorrect fails! I believe I called a page "bended" instead of blended once. And there was another one, just can't remember but it was the difference between I hate your page and I love your page. :rofl Thank goodness we all are nice about autocorrect fails!
 
I have a weird superpower. My husband is a type 1 diabetic and I can always tell when his numbers are off even when he can't. One look at his eyes and I know if his numbers are high or low. He was diagnosed late in life so I credit it with the fact that we've been together forever :)

this fills me with love and hope- nit the diabetes part, of course- :heartlub see this is one of the things that blew me away and still does of the scrapbookers.... there is so much love, women whom I admire and they have amazing marriages...
