You'd think that would be the case but I've only had maybe a 10% hit rate in getting face to face interviews and maybe 25% for phone screens, more often than not it's a rejection email

You go and land that job! You got this! Good Luck!

Keeping you in my prayers, Jennifer. You so deserve this! Let us know how it goes.

Interview all done, will know in about 3 weeks.

How did it feel? Do you think it went well? OMG, 3 weeks is a LONG wait! I heard that you should send them a thank you note to the interviewer and drop it in the offices.

That's a fantastic idea, Dalis.

Courtney - I literally busted out laughing when I saw that meme you posted. Just what I needed at the end of a VERY long day. I know it was meant for Jennifer, but thanks for that! @bestcee

Already sent both interviewers a thanks email. I think it went well but then I think most of my interviews go well! The time frame is three weeks because the job is open until they find a suitable person, I was one of the first to be interviewed so they still have interviews next week then have to do reference checks. They are a small team, so much so that while I was waiting the director who interviewed me was doing some admin, helping sort something out with a colleague and just before she saw me, jumping on the phones to answer an urgent enquiry from a client so I imagine reference checks will be done as and when time allows.
