okay I just got home from Sam's Club and boned out my rotisserie chicken. I love their rotisserie chicken and better yet my family loves them too. There are so many things you can do with the chicken to have a quick inexpensive meal. Most of the time we just have it on a roll as a chicken sandwich. If there's any leftover, I usually cut it up and freeze it to use later. It's great for chicken noodle soup, chicken quesadillas, haystacks, or to adding to a casserole.
How about you... do you buy rotisserie chickens? And if you do, how do you use them?

I used to save my nice bones for the dog next door. She was such a nice, well trained golden retriever. I was sad when they moved. The new people haven't trained their dogs and they bark all the day while they're at work and it drives me crazy.
