My DD likes Toms and Sperrys but not sure if they make a ballet flat type of shoe. She loves her Sperrys because they have memory foam in them.
I have such bad feet, you don't want my brand. But they are the most comfortable walking shoes ever. I went to The Walking Store and had my feet scanned for a custom fit, which also included custom inserts. Not cheap, either.
I bought these last year at DSW because I wanted a little bit of a dressier flat. They are really comfy because they are padded. http://www.dsw.com/shoe/abella+lindy+flat?prodId=273287 Sorry, the only have tiny photos to link to:
sketchers don't fit me right, now JAMBU are heaven on earth! https://www.amazon.com/JBU-Womens-A...11&nodeID=679337011&keywords=jambu&th=1&psc=1
Me too, Donna. I have some Vionic flip flops (yes, orthopedic flip flops). They pretty much healed my plantar fasciitis. At least my bad feet can immediately tell me if shoes are going to work or not.
I'm not a ballet flats kind of girl. Actually don't own a single pair. But several friends swear by Tieks.
I'm a BIG Sanuks fan! They are SOOOO comfy & feel like wearing flip flops- but obviously totally covered. They are great for the transition from summer->fall & spring->summer! They are spendy if you go through their site, but I usually find them on amazon (last year's patterns or whatev- I'm not too concerned about the 'in' pattern!) I have these- which match EVERYTHING!
I forgot that before I had my knee replaced, when walking was pure hell, I dashed into a Skechers store in Boston and got a pair of Outdoor Lifestyle black sandals (have them on now!) and a pair of lace ups WITH memory foam! I was in foot heaven and my trip was saved. btw, I really feel like shoe buying now! wonder why that is...LOL
I have these Keen flats and I wear them with almost everything. They are SO comfy and because they have grey, black and brown, they match almost everything. I didn't know until I just looked them up on Amazon but they have a ton of other colors too. I might need another pair now!
I'm a big Converse fan but to say they are most comfy is not true. And they're not ballet shoes. but then, I don't wear those. I do looooove the look of Toms or the Sanuks Amie posted!! Also I am in love with Mahabis, but I find them too pricey
i wear ballet flats almost every day ... my favorite ones are these from aerosoles - but it looks like they are not making the exact model i currently have (teashop) anymore - but these look exactly like them and may be this year's model: http://www.aerosoles.com/store/jump/product/Fashionista-Ballet-Flat/FASHIONIS i also really love all my Vionic shoes (have flip flops and boots) and will prob buy these ballet flats at some point: http://www.zappos.com/vionic-spark-minna-ballet-flat-tan
My most comfortable shoes are birks, toms, and minnetonka. I could wear them year round if the weather allowed. I don't wear sneakers other than to exercise, so can't help there. I tend to prefer boots in the fall and winter months and love Frye & Sorel. Frye are so not comfortable out of the box but they have my heart, lol.
