Thank you, Carilyne (love that spelling of the name!) The window is by Marta Van Eck and the heart is by Quirky Heart.I thought I posted earlier. I love this. I want to do something similar. I love the little doors and frames you added too. Where did you get the little blue window/door and heart? So cute.
Thank you. I'm actually Carrie but about to make it to Carilyne because I love it too. In fact that's part of wanting to make a shadow box similar to yours (with the bits about me) but the window is so cute!Thank you, Carilyne (love that spelling of the name!) Are all the challenges this month going to be about shadow boxes?
I always put meaningful things on my AJ pages, which is what makes them AJ to me, so I'm still not sure how this is different from last time but I'll try to think of something.
You may see a shadow box full of packing boxes!![]()
Well, I have opened my trinket box and let you peek in. Dalis had asked me what the theater masks stood for so I shall give you a complete rundown.
Left to right starting at top:
1. Lived 23 years in Daytona Beach Florida, and Disney World was my favorite place to visit.
2. Spent over 20 years as a member of the Red Cross Disaster Team. This is the truck I would drive.
3. Now living in my happy place! Alpena, Michigan. Look close, you will see an arrow to where I live.
Next to the map, a photo of hubby and I. He also loved it here.
4. Grew up in Danbury, Connecticut. Back in the 40's in elementary school, every year each child received a free pass to the Great Danbury Fair and a day off from school to attend. It is a wonderful memory!
5. I attended a professional clown school and went on to become Sweetheart the Clown (now retired)
6. And, Dalis, also for many MANY years, I was very active in local theater. Played many parts!!
