Ok, so are a underwire bra kind if gal or not?
I hate underwires!!!!! Of course I was just told I need to find some underwire sports bra. I'm not happy!!!!

My regular bras are underwire but absolutely not my sports bra. Yikes! LOL

Underwires have never bothered me, though I didn't know sports bras even came with them?!

Yes, yes, a million times yes! (Although my sports bras dont' have them- I've never heard of that!)

Definitely YES! And truly, if there are so many of us who prefer them (most women I know, do) why the heck do they make so few with them and so many without? Makes no sense.

hmm… I love underwire bras.. have never seen a underwire sports bra , I thought sports bra are without wire!!

Wires yes but haven't worn an underwire in a while due to nursing. Love the lift they give!

I don't think I've worn a non-underwire bra in over 30 years. But they are the first thing I want to take off when I get home at night.

Underwire definitely but in a sports bra, not so much. That would be, well... different. LOL
Although I found this regular bra once at Stein Mart that didn't have an underwire and I LOVED it. But it eventually got old. Now I can't find another one like it.

I am also definitely underwire!!

Oh, I have to say, love all these open threads around here!

I've been well blessed so it's underwire all the way. But not for sports bra - ouch!!

same here!!!!

now, thing with under wired sports bras..... I can't speak of sports but my use of the underwire started for stage.... some costumes are designed so you can have support for your breasts whilst dancing...in order not to break down breast tissue, which is why I think that if the bra is designed especifically for sports, it has to work...
For stage, I never had to pay for anything...but when I started buying normal bras underwired... for it not to hurt/be uncomfortable...you need to buy quality ones...which not always is on budget :(

You already know my view on underwire.. it was created by a man to cause us horrible pain! HATE HATE HATE it!!!

I've probably got about an equal collection of wire and non-wire bras. Underwire bras eventually get trashed in the washer/dryer and the wire pokes a hole through the side so I end up tossing one in the garbage every 3 months or so. But I don't wear them everyday, I often wear the non-wire ones and lots of sports bras b/c I try to work out 2-3 times a week. I'm not a big busy gal so I can get away with a little less support and I find non-wire more comfy. I love the seamless bras. They are a bit pricey but feel so good.

Well, my problem is running is hurting too bad. My sports bras fit well, so not sure what else I need.
