*NEW* Pocket Scrapping Art Journal Challenge - June 8, 2014

I love doing this. Unfortunately I left all my SNAP stuff in the US. YAY for digiland!

I love AJ but usually go 8.5x11 so I created a 6x8 from Amy's grid pieces and then put it in the middle of a regular page. I also used Sir Scrapalot's JC blending technique. This was lots of fun. I used a pink/red color background and then the watercolor texture overlay to get the soft yellow.

Very cool! I really like how you formatted your page. The next challenge will be posted on the 21st. Glad you're having fun!

Love that you used Aaron's technique. Super fun isn't it? Also loving that you created it as an 8.5"x11".

I adore that everyone is embracing what works for them with this project and using all sorts of different formats and sizes!

Did the digi version and then decided to print them for a Simple Stories LO. Unfortunately my ink is running out and the color turned out terrible but this will be worth repeating.Here's mine print and then digi versions:

I think it looks fab even if the colors aren't exactly what you were expecting! I love that you printed it off and put it in pockets at any rate. Printer ink is definitely the bane of a hybrid crafter's existence. I always seem to be running out of one color or another.
