We have 30 minutes to get everyone dressed, teeth brushed and out the door....easy for the boys...boom boom boom:clappy
and two teen girls :shrug that also got up at same time..that
MUST do their hair..:tantrum
MOoooooooooooo uhhhhM!
but we made it!
So, if you woke up late, what is the least amount of time it would take you to get out that door for the day?

30 minutes would be a miracle for our family, but for me alone... less than 5 (hair and make-up done on the bus, breakfast grabbed in transit).

Now it takes the two younger boys 15 minutes just to get their snowsuits on!!! Urgh! Those kids have no notion of time!

I think my boys and hubby would have no problems being ready in a flash. I on the other take the longest. But I have been ready to go and out the door in about 30 mins. I probably wouldn't have had time to eat though...

we can (and many times have had to) be out the door 20 minutes from feet hitting the floor - that is eating breakfast in the car -we have a 35ish minute drive to get both kids to school. I have sometimes grabbed my makeup, etc and finished getting ready at work (I get there 30 minutes before anyone else)

In our house if we're going out my husband has shower first bearing in mind he is bald so has no hair to do,then I get in shower then shower gabbi while I'm putting my make up on and doing my hair and gabbi dressed and her hair the boys have there showers and get themselves ready and we're all downstairs by the door with our coats on ......yes you guessed it were still waiting for my husband who has no hair to finish getting ready

I could be out the door in 15 minutes. If I had DD with me, we could be out the door in 30-40 minutes (breakfast is a huge time suck for her).

If DH and/or his son were going with us, we could possibly be out the door in 1h15m if we were lucky. :giggle

We have done the 15minute dash more times than I care to count - eating in the car and still half asleep but doable...

I can get out the door in 20. Grab a coffee, wash face, brush teeth, throw clothes on, hair in a ponytail, grab purse and out the door.

The one time I woke up late, I didn't even realize I woke up late. I don't always look at the clock because the mornings are so saaaaame. I just got the girls ready as usual and walked them over to the preschool and hmm, this is weird. No one else is dropping off their kids. I look at my phone and it was after 10!!!! I ended up bringing Maggie back with me because her room had already left for a field trip. D'oh! I have NO idea what happened. We're usually up at 7.

I turned my alarm off a couple weeks ago and jumped up and hit the ground running. I was able to shower, do make up grab lunch (thankfully I'd packed that the night before) and was out the door in 17 minutes. I think that is a record for me. Of course that is with me just letting my curly hair do whatever it wants to. :) I always eat breakfast at work, so that doesn't slow me down. I leave the house by 6:30 am and I'm not hungry at that time of day yet.

Monday morning I was running late and what normally takes me 1 hour from the time I get up to the time I get out the door......well, Monday morning it took me 35 minutes! Hey, that's almost a record for me because I have to shower and do my hair or I ain't doing *squat*!

I used to take pride in being on time, but something has happened to me as I've gotten older. I'm always running late. I don't like to get up early. I get distracted easily. I always need to check online one last time. I am not really high maintenance and I can get dressed and ready pretty quickly - but I still never seem to get to work or any where on time!

For me by myself - 10-15 minutes.. Me and the boys.. 30 minutes if I'm lucky.. If the 2yo is his current stubborn self refusing to wear clothes or change diapers it's closer to 45.. Ugh.. I'm sure one day that stubborn strong heart will do a lot of good in the world.. ;)

Fastest time out the door? A flat five minutes. Pulled on jeans, jacket, kicked both kids out of bed, and off we went. And then we hit a twenty minute traffic snarl that blocked us from getting out of neighborhood. Some mornings, it doesn't pay to get out of bed!

Ack! I turned off my alarm this morning! You jinxed me! LOL! Thankfully I'd dried my hair straight yesterday and wasn't planning on washing it today anyway! I still made it out the door on time!

A good hour plus just for me...if I'm going to exercise only...maybe 45 min. I have to have two cups of coffee (no rushing) and then bathroom time. Yes...I'm high maintenance!!

My daughter had it timed to 6 minutes when she was in high school. I've seen my son (in college) leave in about 3 minutes when he's gotten up late. For me, I could do it in about 10 minutes if pressed to do it. I would definitely need coffee/tea when I got to work, though.

30mins is hard but doable here, the teen girl just throws on her uniform and drags her hair into a messy ponytail (they aren't allowed to wear make-up at school) but the pre-teen girl is such a drama llama it takes her ages to get ready :D

I can do dog out/fed, me fed, showered out the door in 40 mins @ 6am. If I ate something portable for breakfast I could probably do it in about 25-30.
