Pad Patter: 7/12 - Under Attack!

Um that story is terrifying! I am SO glad you were able to outrun those nasty bees. Yikes! Have you scrapped that story? Totally should!
 
okay Angie... I want to run from this thread like I would probably run for my life in either situation that you listed. There have been a lot of great points made here, and I am def taking on the bear. I have already been attacked by yellow jackets and they are just the worst.... very aggressive and sting repeatedly. Last year at my dad's farm, we were driving around the garden area on a gator and unknowingly stirred up a yellow jacket nest. It was horrible. Between myself, my dad, and both of my kids we had about 50 stings. It was a miserable few days!! Miserable I tell ya!

PS... While we are being all gruesome and such... has anyone seen the commercial for shark week? My husband cannot stop laughing at this commercial. It shows how sick he is in the head. LOL! So to spoil it for those that haven't seen it. The commercial is set near the ocean where this news journalist is reporting on the return of this seal to it's natural habitat after it's recent recovery... and as they are lowering this seal into the water a shark comes flying out of the water and all you see next is the empty harness where the seal was. Oh geez. This commercial to me is a little over the top for me. :O

No I haven't, but maybe I should. I wish I had a picture, but if I did have my camera who had time to focus lol....

If I'm going to get killed by either (which would obviously occur because I run like molasses from a jar in january), I'd choose the bear. It just seems "tougher" to take on a bear than tiny bees so maybe people would be impressed at my funeral. Ha!

Totally this. It would at least be a great story for my kids.

Also, the bees totally take me back to My Girl. Good grief. I can't handle the swarms of bees.
 
I could pick one but I know I wouldn't stand a chance either way so how about both! That way hopefully the bees will attack the bear while I make a run for my life if they don't it will all be over soon! LOL
