What have you been procrastinating in your life this summer?

I haven't had a haircut in 7 months. (since my avatar)

Why don't I just go do it?

I'm also about 10 months late for my annual. :whistle

I suck at this. lol

I get the being late for your annual.....but the haircut? I am not a procrastinator. I like to have things done way in advance. However, I have fallen behind on my PL album and I really am in no hurry to get that moving again....

Cleaning. That is always the answer. There are so many other things I would rather be doing.

I think I will always be behind in cleaning. Unless the cat hair dust bunnies get to rollin' in the kitchen I'm usually not motivated to do that, much rather be doing something else. I can say I can't be more than a week behind on PL. I'm half way done now and don't want to have to play catch up.

Angie, make that annual appointment please. So many times we make sure our kids do all the things they are supposed to but we don't for ourselves.

Have never been late for an annual. Uncomfortable yes. But, after labor and delivery, really...who cares anymore? I'm a total hypochondriac, so I spend more time at the doc's than I should. lol.

I don't usually procrastinate on big things or cleaning. But the little things...laundry, cooking dinner, washing my hair (I know that sounds gross, but my hair is realllly curly and it takes over an hour to shower and dry and straighten it, so I'll just slap on a fedora on a dirty hair days), ... those things I put off daily.

Funny that you asked this today. I woke up with the feeling that I'm falling behind in everything. I've hit the point when I'm so overwhelmed that I'm almost paralyzed-- unable to start anything. I've got to get started on something soon.

ps haven't been to the salon since November and it shows

House projects. We're going to tackle them in a huge way in August.

Also, getting off my butt and starting to run again. It's been a year since I've done that regularly.

My PL pages.
Getting the cats in for their shots.
Cleaning my house.
Exercising.
and sending a very much needed and overdue thank you note to someone. I NEED to make sure and do it today!!

Haircut for me and my son who is looking like a Afgan Dog, cleaning, PLife (I stopped at week 20), cleaning, laundry, Pilates hip exercises even tho those take only 10 minutes, making dinner...

I'm another for the "everything" list. Ugh. I wake up in the morning and have moments of panic over everything that needs to be done, but then take a deep breath and realize that I can only do so much, and the rest will still be waiting for me later. :p Our lives have been so terribly hectic lately. DH's parents have been having constant trips to the hospital and then everything we had planned is set aside. In the past six weeks, there have been three separate hospital admissions and one surgery. I'm worn out, and poor DH is frazzled. So we just take it one day at a time nowadays.

It is just nice to know that there are others in the same boat. :)

I could use a haircut, a pedicure, a trip to the dentist! There are too many things that need to get done in my house. I am very good at procrastinating.

I am behind on writing a to-do list. I have so many little things I need to catch up on, that I can't keep them all straight in my head.

HA! Angie, you don't REALLY want to ask me that question. It's a long list.

Let's start with updating my bookkeeping... can I just say the last time I entered a receipt was back in January. I keep telling myself I'm going to do it, but then I don't.

Also, I REALLY need to help Isaac go through his bedroom and organize it. It's a mess, and he's a pack rat. I realize this is going to be a job that spans multiple days, so I haven't done it yet.

There's more, but I won't overload you!! :rofl

i've put off starting my daughter's room redo. . . i'm putting up a wallpaper, painting furniture, etc.. . . and i just can't seem to find the time to get started!
