Happy News! Fertility help!

I'll be praying for good results to come.
 
I have my first appointment tomorrow and I'm so worried they will find something wrong with me and eliminate me from the study. I hope everything is a-ok and they will say I can be in the study. Please send positive thoughts my way. I'm really nervous tonight! Thanks so much ladies. Your support means the world to me!

Ok so I had my appointment today and I feel much more at ease. My blood work was all normal and my hormones are fine so that is taken care of. The only other things that can make us ineligable for the study are if DH doesn't have good enough swimmys or if my tubes are both blocked. The test for my tubes is next Wednesday. DH already did a sperm test so they faxed a request for the results. DH also learned how to give me the shot to trigger my ovulation. If all goes well we should be starting treatments at the beginning of my next cycle! So excited! Just keeping my fingers crossed that DH's sperm test meets their requirements. Thanks for your support ladies!
 
Will keep my fingers crossed that the last 2 tests come out ok and you can start! How exciting!
 
Tomorrow I have the test on my Fallopian tubes to make sure they aren't blocked. They say it feels kind of like a pap smear. That is the last test on me. If things go smoothly with this test and DH's sperm test results look good we can start the study next month. I should find out while they are doing the test if everything is ok with me. I'm so glad I won't have to wait for results. Keeping my fingers crossed things go well!

That is a test I need to do myself. I know several people who've done it. Ask ahead of time if you can go ahead and take ibuprofren. A few friends of mine recommended it. They said you are sore (like cramping) sometimes during and afterwards. I've heard though that it's not a hard test and if you are blocked, sometimes they will unblock you. Let us know how it goes!!! I had my test today and everything went smoothly. It was just really uncomfortable but not aweful. They didn't see any blockages or anything. They just have to look at the results of DH's sperm test still. If that is good we will be cleared to be in the study. I should be starting the medicine in a couple of weeks hopefully. Thanks for your support ladies!

Congrats!! That's great news!
 
Ok so I start my medicine today. The computer randomly picked a medicine and I got the injectable med. it is really expensive and we would have had trouble affording it so we are happy I ended up with that one. If I get pregnant I'll have a 26% chance of twins! Not scared of the needle I'm just hoping I do everything right! Hoping this works and I get pregnant.

How do you feel about twins if it comes up?
