Hi Ladies. I got some very happy news! A hospital near me is conducting a research study of three fertility Meds that are commonly used, Clomid, Letrozole, and Menopur. They are accepting women into the study that aren't getting pregnant but don't know why. It looks like I will get to be in the study. DH and I will undergo some tests to make sure things seem to be working properly. Then I will be randomly assigned to a medication and I will be inseminated. They will follow me to make sure I'm not overstimulated and also administer a pregnancy test. I will get treatment for up to 4 months. Best of all everything will be totally free! I'm so excited! We want a baby so badly! My first appointment is June 6 for paperwork and testing. Please keep your fingers crossed for us! It seems like it is best to be placed in the Menopur test group though this is the most involved. I have a 50% chance of being in the menopur injection group and a 25% chance of each of the two pills. Please hope for me that I get placed in the best group for me and that I get pregnant. This means everything to me and I can't believe how lucky I am that I can be in this study! Thanks so much!
fingers crossed!
