Pad Patter: 5/15 old movies

We have been doing this too. 13 Going on 30, Princess Bride, Footloose, Breakfast club, Sixteen Candles, Ferris Bueller, Valley Girl, Can't Buy me Love...But the language in some of them is worse than I remember! And Valley Girl we had to do some eye closing too. Funny how you forget things like that.

When we were little, we used to watch the movie "Arthur" over and over again. Inappropriate for sure but it gave us one of the best family stories ever. Once, when my parents went to drop my little brother off at the 3rd grade drop off, he threw open the door of our VW bus, hurled himself onto the sidewalk and yelled "I fell out of the goddamn car! Isn't that the funniest thing ever?" My Mom said that my Dad peeled out as fast as he could! :)
Some great movies listed here-- makes me nostalgic.

lol!
Growing up my mom let us (me, my older brother, and the brother/sister she babysat, and the brother/sister from down the street) dress up, move the furniture and dance and sing to Rocky Horror Picture Show. Talk about inappropriate... yet I let Bella and Ryan do that now too. lol

Of course you did, Trish! RHPS is classic. So what if it's a bit raunchy? It's good quality fun!

some of our favorites are
Back to the Future
13 going on 30
Princess Diaries 1 and 2
Mrs. Doubtfire
Beethoven (only the first I can't stand the other versions)
Homeward Bound
Milo and Ottis
Daddy Day Care
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the old one, the new one is kinda creepy)
