My Week 8 includes a paint chip for a background card, some electrical tape, plenty of washi tape, of course, and envelope titled Flashback which contains, well, a flashback I had on Friday evening as I was driving by our first house.

Oh so gorgeous!! I love the pops of yellow! I have not started on my week 8 yet and have no idea when I'll have time for it. I took pictures of Week 7 this morning, but I've had not time whatsoever to edit and post them. *sigh* OK, my 5 minute break is up, back to work..

Cute. Such fun colors! I guess maybe I should start my week 8 and then squeeze week 2-7 in when I can. LOL. Otherwise, if I go in order, I'll never get done. Ack.

Thankfully there is plenty of eye candy and inspiration here to get me going.

Huge week for us! Put our house on the market and DH and I both had to give (long) notice at our jobs, as we prepare to move across the country and move back HOME! I had a lot of fun digging into my digi stash of older kits...oldies but goodies.

fabulous pages ladies!! I've started on my week 8 page, but it's just in the very rough stages!!

I've got work all day tomorrow and Monday...doctor appointments too, so I'll be lucky to get it done by Wednesday!

I highly recommend this. I did P365 a couple of years ago and I found it really is best to keep doing the most current pages, otherwise if you try to do the older ones first you'll end up forgetting all the little details!

Congrats on the big move, Mish!! I love that card you made with the state!

UGH! hopefully my dear husband will see the need for me to get a new computer sooner rather than later. fingers crossed!!

I use CS4, so I'm not sure what program you use. I click on the dropper, choose a color and then choose the paint bucket. I click inside where I want it to be painted. Since there are lines in the paper here, I have to click several times in the different areas to fill it in.

Thanks so much!! I'm so in love with all the pages here. I love looking how each person uses the different products, how I can work to make a more simpler page, and how to do some of this hybrid! It just amazes me everyday! I'm so happy I'm doing it this year! You will never regret doing it...watching everyweek your little guy growing...things he says and does, and you will have documented it all! I love that you're doing so much journaling!

It's a lot of fun to color your own things in...Kate Hadfield has quite a few things that you can color in to match your pages:

    https://the-lilypad.com/store/product.php?productid=7244&cat=0&page=1
    https://the-lilypad.com/store/product.php?productid=7123&cat=0&page=1
    https://the-lilypad.com/store/product.php?productid=7034&cat=0&page=1
    https://the-lilypad.com/store/product.php?productid=7105&cat=0&page=1

    and lots more!! Have fun!

It looks great!! Just a thought; I don't use the ready-made cards from the kit, I use the separate .png b/c I print mine onto my own card for paper PL. If you use the separate numbers that come with it you can get a solid fill since the card isn't under it. That might end up being more work though.

Most definitely. I just opened up my folder to look. I never knew there were separate png's! LOL!! Yes, that would be a great way if you wanted it filled completely. I'll might do that in the future...although I won't go back and change anything. I'm not that concerned about it...but thanks for "filling" me in! LOL

So much inspiration here, as always! Mine will have to wait this week, as my laptop is in the hospital :( I can't decided if hanging out in the forum and gallery is helping my craving to scrap, or just making it worse....
