Sports - LOVE IT/HATE IT?

I'm curious, I used to be real sports buff in school - soccer, volleyball, broomball, baseball... but as I've aged, not so much!:whistle:whistle

Now I just seem to watch hockey! So I wondered, do you enjoy participating in and/or watching sports or could you care less? Do tell:)
 
I'm afraid I couldn't care less lol,I'll tolerate football on tv but not a fan and for playing it no thanks lol

I've been watching football since I was about 12 years old. I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area at the time and intensely followed the golden years of the 5 Super Bowl wins for the San Francisco 49ers. I went to college at Ohio State, so I watched a lot of football, sometimes with other 100,000 fans in the stadium. My husband and I continue to watch college and NFL football every fall, even traveling sometimes to see our Buckeyes. I also used to LOVE MLB baseball and watched lots of games and even went to Spring Training in Phoenix, AZ twice. I've been to 39 stadiums in the U.S. and we keep adding to the list.

So yea, I am a sports fan. But not basketball or hockey so much, just football and baseball.
 
I don't mind watching the occasional football or basketball game. I hate watching baseball. Of course, I don't do any sports unless you count digi scrapping. ;)

DH was a superathlete in middle and high school, but doesn't like watching sports on TV for the most part. He enjoys participating in them, but doesn't usually have time.
 
Hate sports except watching my daughter's soccer. lol. My hubby hates sports except baseball. So it works out.
 
Huge sports fan here. My dad is one as well and the only tv we ever watched growing up was sports. I don't think I saw my first sitcom until I was 15. :giggle

I love it all...football, baseball, hockey, basketball, golf, soccer, the olympics etc.
 
I love to watch NFL!! Watching the game right now. I also love to watch PBR. Im so addicted to that :)
Also I watch golf, but not all the time.
 
LOVE football and baseball! Grew up watching it with my Dad and Grandfather. Used to wish I was a boy so I could play football! lol. Not kidding. Growing up in Louisiana I'm a big Saints/LSU fan and since we were only 3.5 hours from Houston, a big 'Stros fan! :)

Now B is playing and loving soccer, so I'm really finding that I enjoy it as well.
 
I love football! LOVE! My Giants are headed to the Super Bowl.....:yesss

I love the Tampa Bay Rays but love NY baseball....I've stayed loyal to my home teams :)
 
Well, up until 2 weeks ago, I was cheering for my Saints, but after Green Bay lost out, I've been pulling for the Giants! :)

Awwww...that's a bummer Carolee :( It's not a good day in the house when your DH's football team loses (Brian is a big Steelers fan so we are a split household). Let's just hope we beat the Patriots again, that last super bowl (2007 season)....OMG....there was nothing like it
 
I love sports! Any Chicago sports, more specifically. :giggle But I do love professional football and can enjoy the playoffs even if my team isn't playing. Oooh! And I loove the Olympics!! I played softball and basketball growing up so it's always been an interest for me.
