TGIF! What's on for the weekend?

we have TWO bday parties to go to on sunday, so we're being lazy today and saturday :)
 
ohh, I forgot to mention...tuesday is a holiday here in Brazil, so today everyone's traveling, cause monday is a day where lots of places are closed...

my city is already crowded, I live by the sea...right now, there are bunches of cars on a line just across the street, waiting for a ferry boat to go to other beach cities...and it's not even that hot!! all the people from São Paulo trying to catch a tan! lol!!
 
my daughter has her very first gymnastics meet this weekend. she is super nervous!
tonight we are heading to the hotel. she has to be at the meet at 7:30 in the am. competes at 8:00.
tomorrow night we're having friends over to do a cookout in the cold and watch college football.
sunday, hopefully church and a restful day.
 
Lots of fun stuff for everyone this weekend!!!

My husband is working all day both days, so it will just be me and the boys...last soccer game tomorrow, then hoping to just kind of lay low, edit pictures, scrap, etc.
 
It is going to be an odd weekend for me. I am alone...yes alone...My DH just took Mackenzie to his parent's house 2 hours away and I am getting ME time...Of course in that me time I need to clean my messy house. But I am so tired from the last few weeks' business that I also hope to rest, chill out with movies, scrap(if my mojo comes back) and read...this is unheard of in my world!
 
I'm currently in Manila with Lex (mrshobbes) and we're going to her brother's house for a pool party today! And then tomorrow we're going to the spa and getting massages... <3
 
I will probably spend tomorrow cleaning the house and hopefully scrapping. Then Sunday I am taking the kids to see The Beauty and The Beast Musical! They are excited!!!
 
Bowling league for the kids tomorrow, and church on Sunday. Other than that, building LEGO. And more LEGO. And did I mention Lego?

We went to a Lego store in another city on our vacation (we don't have one here), and we fell in love with the Bulk Brick wall. $20 gets you a cup about the size of a Big Gulp and you can cram as much in there as you possibly can. I love that store. Seriously.
 
Two soccer games and a birthday party this afternoon...busy day
Sunday-nothing right now, debating a trip to Legoland......

Thankfully I didn't have a whole lot planned for the weekend, ds#2 and I have the flu!! UGH!!
 
That is certainly no way to spend a weekend. Hope you both feel better soon! Lots of time in bed!
 
Greetings from Disney World! We have one more day here! I came back to my room early tonight because I'm beat, and I thought I'd see what was going on here! Looks like it's been a busy week!
I have had a really awesome week and I hope you're all having a great weekend!
