TGIF! What's on for the weekend?

Friday, oh, sweet Friday! Yay for the weekend! What are your plans for the next few days?

We have a jam-packed weekend at my house. DD#2 has a party to attend tomorrow morning. During the day, we are filling boxes for Operation Christmas Child. DH and I have a date night on Saturday. On Sunday, DD#1 has a dance competition all day, which means super early church. Somewhere in there, I would like to squeeze in a few hours to catch up on my scrapping. Sure. Yeah. :giggle
 
I need to catch up on scrapping/crafting too! Good news is DH is going to a seminar tomorrow afternoon, so I'll be free to do what I please. :) Then we have pizza+concert with a friend. Nothing going on really on Sunday, so that's good.
 
hoping to go to IKEA on Saturday... but otherwise just hanging with the family and going to church on Sunday morning.
 
Tomorrow DH and I are spending the day at a Bike Rally and then Sunday is the regular grocery shopping. UGH. I REALLY hope to get some scrapping done too! I haven't done a page in about a week and 1/2 and I'm going crazy!
 
Probably spending tomorrow huddled around the computer hopefully watching Arkansas State whoop up on Louisiana-Lafayette. Heather, I'm probably heading to IKEA at some point this weekend as well...have to return a couple of things I bought that don't work for us. And cleaning...my SIL is coming for a 2 week visit next weekend and I have some cleaning and organizing that I really want to get done before she gets here.
 
I don't have too much planned here. Just veggin around the house and getting some things on my 'to do' list scratched off! I have to work on my Operation Christmas Child, too!! I'm gonna enjoy the long weekend we have here and have some me time - which includes a nap:)
 
Not much. It's supposed to get back up into the 60s, so maybe I will finally be able to get some decent leaf pile pics of DD. Isn't she wired to want to throw the leaves up into the air and let them fall back on her head?! She refuses. :giggle

Hang out at the house, clean, scrap, 'SNL,' church, the ILs' house, laundry... that's abt it.
 
We're laying low this weekend. We're doing lunch either Saturday or Sunday with my great-grandmother, which ever day she feels up to it. Other than that we're hanging out at the house enjoying each others company....or watching the kids try to kill each other. Whichever.
 
Our final day and delivery of goods to the charity is tomorrow! And then.....to camp for the beginning of deer season. But I'll return home on Sunday and have a nice, relaxing evening alone to do whatever I want! Wahooooo!
 
It's my party this weekend. i always throw myself an elaborate birthday dinner with 6 other couples, and because we live out in the country and have to drive through a treacherous canyon, everyone sleeps over.

It's going to be soooooo fun!
 
I feel like I could just copy and paste "running and soccer" into this thread each Friday. lol

Saturday my little suspended one has his doctor's appointment tomorrow for HOPEFULLY some new meds.

Other than that... running and soccer. ;)

I actually have nothing planned this weekend except to send my hubby off on his trip later today for a re-certification he has to get in AquaAerobics (not the one you're thinking! :hehe) and my kids are heading off to go camping with some of their friends. I guess I'll scrap! :happydance
 
Today I get to go grocery shopping. Woohoo. Today or tomorrow we're going to get a few Christmas gift crossed off our list. Tomorrow night I think we'll be having another couple over for dinner & drinks. Then on Sunday my husband leaves again until Thanksgiving. I think it'll be harder on my kids this time because they will understand that he won't be back for a while (he was just gone for 2 weeks). So Sunday will be full of mommy & daughters time.

And scrapping, of course.
 
my sister lives in Italy, and she's coming home tomorrow, to spend a month with us!! so, I'm super excited to see her again!!!!
 
Oooh sounds like a fun weekend is in the works!

Today I'm doing a little 11.11.11 documentation and finishing work on a couple crafty/creative projects. We are filling our Operation Christmas Child boxes this weekend too! We have a birthday party to go to tomorrow and outside of that, it's family time and scrappy/design time. ♥
 
My DH is fixing the upstairs toilet today... YAY! I never thought about how much we took two bathrooms for granted until one was out of commission.

I'm on daycare duty (Mondays/Tuesdays are my supposed days off... lol), and am going to try to squeeze some scrapping in today. I also woke up early this morning with an epiphany about some art that I want to create, so we'll see if I can do any of that this weekend. Then there is cleaning and all of the other droll chores to do (purge stuff for the pickup van on Monday, finish painting the living room, etc. before Thanksgiving).

We just found out that my DH is losing his job at the end of January, so I am also starting the push to make a bunch of Christmas gifts. :(
 
My Husbands aunt died so we have a showing and funeral all day tomorrow...tonight I am running several girls from my Daughters cheer squad to Purdue university to walk and cheer in the Purdue bridge walk and them tomorrow night after the funeral I am sit in cheer coach for a scrimage night at the local High school (my DD cheers 8th grade0 For a meet the soon to be mavs night...my DD is the squad flier and gets to show off her skilz :) So a gamete of emotions are going to go on this weekend from elated to sad for all of us.

Oh that SUCKS. Right at Christmas, too! Hope he finds something asap!!
 
we have a pretty low key weekend here. :) We get to celebrate a birthday, and then I am going out to dinner with a LONG LONG time friend that I haven't seen since high school. She just moved about 25 minutes away from me. Should be fun. :)
