I thought I'd start a thread each week for us to post our workouts. It helps me to stay on track if I know that some one else is keeping me accountable. My goal is to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 days a week. I'd love to do more, but it's just not realistic for me at this point. Just update your original post with additional workouts. 10/10: Walked 2 miles 10/15: 30 minute walk (didn't track miles)
10/10: Zumba: 20 min express + part of sculpt + tone (doing it right now!) 10/11: rest (aka didn't get to it) 10/12: Zumba: Cardio Party (46 min) 10/13: Zumba: Sculpt + Tone
Thanks for starting this!! I didn't work out today Sheesh. Here I was the one who started this whole thing and I can't even hang! I think I may need to revise my original goal and make it 30 min a day, 4 days a week instead of every day.
