Book Clubbers...a couple questions

Not a problem, I'm a very fast reader too. I just need to get the books. :) Oh, and a chat would be fun!!

July 8th is totally doable for me. And I think reading both books is a good idea too. As far as a chat, it would depend on the time for me, and what else is going on. So I would probably just prefer a thread in the forum for the discussion.
 
I love the idea of a chat to kick off the discussion (and then a thread in the forums to continue it). To have a chat gives me a definite deadline to have a book read by and I'm a totally deadline driven sort of person. July 8 should be totally doable for me.
 
i'm a little over 1/2 way through the giver (started last night and read that much before going to bed - it's a pretty quick read!) - really enjoying it! i should finish tonight - unless i decide to scrap instead :)
 
My son came in the room tonight and said he wanted to join a book club too. I told him to join in...but he's a little disappointed we chose The Giver so he said he's going to pass this time.

Any ideas on where he could find a book club...either to attend or an online one?
 
I'm a super fast reader when I want to be...I read book 5 of the Fever series in one night! :giggle So, I don't think I'd have a problem reading them by the July 8th deadline. I'm waiting until I get my Kindle for my birthday (on the 23rd) to start though. If I don't have them both finished, I'll be close to finishing.

I'd love a live chat, but honestly, it's usually hard for me to make it. Just depends on the time and day.

I'm so super excited!! :happydance2
