Does anyone have a favorite paper planner that they love? Any that you would recommend for planners?

I am not a planner, but I have friends asking me which they should use and I have no idea!

I’m thinking they’re asking me because they know I scrapbook, but I don’t think they remember that it’s digital lol!

Many years ago I tried the whole planner thing like the ones that you decorate. I found it didn't work for me so I now keep a paper calendar. It is the kind with blocks for each date and month spans 2 pages. I found a brand several years ago that I love since it has 2 years in it and is 3-hold punched so I can put it in a 3-ring binder.

I had to get a new one this year and couldn't find it locally (neither Wal-Mart nor CVS had it) so went to Amazon and there it was. It is a See It Bigger 2-Year Monthly Planner made by PlanAhead.

Well, you know I'm all about the planners. I make and print my own for my personal use but for work, last year I used an Aura Estelle planner and I will use one of their planners again for 2025. Before that, I used Ink & Volt planners which I still love (but needed something smaller). There is a small cult around Hobonichi planners too. :D

I'm glad you asked this question :) I've been a Happy Planner girl for years, both at home and work! But, I've been thinking about switching it up for 2025 and looking for ideas. I do love the Happy Planners, I was just thinking that a switch up might motivate me to actually use it more hahaha.

I've been using a digital calendar since 2018, but for the 8 years previous to that, I always got this 6"x9" planner from Mixed Role Productions. https://www.mixedroleproductions.com/ They always have a new variety of colors each year, so each of the 8 years I used them are different color. The size of the grids and the additional pages for notes and stuff were perfect for me. If I were to return to using paper, I'd get these again. I'm glad to see they're still in business!

The only "planner" I have and use is the calendar app on my phone. Lol. I tried to do a fun paper planner a couple different years so I could use all the great planner digi kits, but I just wasn't great at keeping up with it. Lol.

That's me, too! I do like looking at them and feeling the paper, but I know I wouldn't use it.

This is the setup I like as well only with the 3-holes punched so I can put it in my important papers binder that sits on my desk :) I'm not busy enough to need the different times listed so the big square works for me. I also record dumb stuff like when I change the Ring camera batteries so it gives me idea how long they last (not as long in cold weather). And the 2 year calendar is great for when you get an appointment for a year out. I've been known to lose appointment cards so getting them written down helps. (I do use Google calendar as well but prefer the paper).

Funny you ask. I am actually setting up my planner right now. I have used Passion Planner for many years. I bought several on a clearance sale and now I have to redate them to use them. I saved a ton of money and really like them so I don't mind the tedious business of redating them. I just turn on a podcast or something and go to work. I am almost done and then I can start adding washi tape and stickers which is the really fun part :)

Thanks ladies! I sent my friend some suggestions.
I know I won't keep up with it, so I use my calendar in my phone! Easy!
