Does anyone know if all the weird fonts I never will use have to be on the Photoshop list on a Mac? I have my scrapbook fonts in Font-book. Tired of scrolling through the ones that are not a language I can read. There are many I will use. And All help is greatly appreciated. I miss my free font program that was on my deceased iMac. Anyone know of a free one?

How about uninstalling the fonts you will never use? It won't delete them from your computer, so you can reinstall them again at later date. That will affect all your programs though not just Photoshop.

Yes, I had read somewhere that the system needs certain fonts also.

I think I might have used the Windows version back in early 2000’s.

If someone has a way, I'd love to know this too!

In Affinity I can mark fonts as favourites, and it also remembers recently used fonts too. I can look at the full fonts list, the recent list or my favourites list - makes it so easy.
