I wasn't sure what I was going to ask today until I saw that October is National Pizza Month....kind of ironic because on October 31st 2007 I started my first permanent part time job as a waitress at my local dine in all you can eat Pizza Hut.

Yes I do though I haven't had it for ages now due to being gluten free and also being intolerant to an additional ingredient that is often in baked gluten free products.

Always thin crust

What are your favourite toppings?
Either Ham & Pineapple or Chicken & Cranberry

Do you prefer to have take out/take away pizza or make your own?
Making my own....pizzas these days tend to be clean out the fridge affairs on a gluten free wrap or corn tortilla
 
being coeliac Pizza is not something I have very often. My husband makes one from scratch as a family treat a few times a year. Thick crust is not an option, although it always looks good when I see other people with it. Our homemade pizzas are always loaded with toppings.

DEFINITELY like pizza! Maybe too much. It's such an easy and comforting go-to when i don't have time, when i'm stressed, or when we're just having a fun get-together!

Favorite crust - i like the hand tossed, where the center is moderately thin and the edges are a bit like a breadstick.

Favorite toppings - I LOVE veggie pizzas - pile on bell peppers, onions, fresh mushrooms (NOT canned ones... they have the texture of earlobes!), tomatoes, spinach, black olives! I do also love the ham & pineapple combo, but I still add green pepper and black olives to it.

I think my preference depends on what kind of mood i'm in or how much time i have. We have a few local places that have fabulous pizza, so i'm always up for ordering out. But i do love to make pizza at home as well.

@Angela Toucan I know what you mean, I haven't had a commercial pizza in over two years due to being gluten intolerant....I don't necessarily miss takeaways but I miss the convenience of it being an option.

I just found out that i have a gluten allergy as well. I'm still struggling with eliminating some of the things, though... pizza being one of them. I'll have to play around and see if i can make a decent gluten-free pizza crust at home.

Do you prefer to have take out/take away pizza or make your own? I prefer takeout from a local pizza shop.

Pizza from the local place is my go to meal on my birthday every year (except for the years I had no teeth!). Thankfully I got out of the hospital and home by 4:15 this year and was able to get my pizza. Two of my cousins shared it with me. I don't eat pizza that often so I do enjoy it quite a bit when I do have it.

mozzarella, and other things ussed in Brazil, like banana, chicken + cream cheese, 4 cheese...lol here in Brazil there are so many toppings, my italian family(nephews, brother in law) almost have a panic ttack when they see it!!

Do you like Pizza? yes ma'am - we actually got a pizza oven this summer

What is your favourite crust? I like it crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside

What are your favourite toppings? vegan cheeses, hot peppers, broccoli, olives, onions, tomatoes... I even like pineapple!

Do you prefer to have take out/take away pizza or make your own? Being a vegan, it's been easier to make my own - however, more and more places are offering vegan options now.

What is your favourite crust? Thin, although I used to like Pizza Hut's pan pizza ... Pizza Hut has pretty much disappeared near me.

What are your favourite toppings? Meatball, ham and pineapple, or veggie ... I also like Margherita pizza (fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic and extra virgin olive oil; topped with fresh mozzarella and basil) if it's available.

Do you prefer to have take out/take away pizza or make your own? Take out. There's a local pizza chain (Ledo Pizza) that has a restaurant in my neighborhood. Back in the mid-1970s when my former husband and I lived in Germany I used to make homemade pizza using Chef Boyardee's Pizza Mix (crust and tomato sauce), then I put browned ground beef and onion on top. It came out pretty thick, so definitely a pizza pie, lol!!!

What are your favourite toppings? My favourite is just cheese (on red sauce, with thin crust). I also like mushrooms and black olives.

Do you prefer to have take out/take away pizza or make your own? It depends. We have a local pizza restaurant that does fantastic pizzas that would be my first choice. Second choice would be my favorite delivery pizza place. Third would be the local place that preps the pizzas and you pick them up and bake them at home. Quickest & easiest is just to keep some frozen grocery store pizzas on hand and pop them in the oven when neither of us feels like cooking.

What is your favorite crust? Thin. Not paper thin but I want the base crispy.

What are your favorite toppings? I either like the combo of pepperoni and red onion or hamburger, mushroom, bacon and banana pepper.

Meh. I'm not a big fan, but I'll eat it if that's all there is lol

Deep dish or thin, depending on my mood...and flavored with garlic!

What are your favourite toppings?
I am not a big fan of red sauce, so I prefer a pesto or white base and all the veggies, especially spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, and jalapenos.

It depends on how much of a hurry I'm in :) Most of the time it's take out. Sometimes I make buffalo chicken pizza on the grill.

Taco pizza is number one.
Next is probably chicken with spinach .tomato. bacon and alfredo or BBQ or ranch

Do you prefer to have take out/take away pizza or make your own? In Sumner we do a lot of homemade on the grill at my parents we do mini homemade ones which are fun and experiment with odd toppings and use left overs.
But I prefer take out cause I'm lazy

What is your favourite crust? if we are having a high carbs day, I crave Pizza Hut deep dish-- it is so greasy and carby and just the wonderful amount of chewiness.

What are your favourite toppings? I like pepperoni with fresh mozzarella or BBQ Chicken

I like Papa John's for take out/delivery (they are just across the street from my neighborhood so I usually go and pick up, unless we are sick or something, then we will get it delivered). I do get Freschetta frozen pizzas at the grocery store for those nights when I don't feel up to cooking. My favorite homemade pizza is a BBQ chicken pizza with rotisserie chicken breast chopped up in a BBQ sauce, thinly sliced red onions, bacon, sharp cheddar and fire-roasted tomatoes on top of a puff-pastry crust. I swirl a bit more of the BBQ sauce over the top of the cheese before baking it-- it is yummy!

What is your favourite crust? A New York style crust would probably be my favorite. Chewy but with a nice crisp outside too!

What are your favourite toppings? Mushrooms would be my #1 of common toppings. I'm a fan of pineapple on my pizza which most people hate. I also love fresh basil as a topping (mmm, Margherita pizza) and a good arugula pizza!

Do you prefer to have take out/take-away pizza or make your own? I like to get pizza from a lot of our local places. I really don't care for most of the chain places but I'll eat it if that's the only option :giggle
