Tis the season for desserts... | Pad Patter 11.26.22

Sweets and I have this relationship that just won't go away. lol
I try walking as it's the easiest on my joints, but have fallen off the treadmill lately. *pun intended*

I am hoping to get back into a routine because I've been gaining and that is NOT the way I want to go
 
@ArmyGrl This is my fave right now. I had it at a concert recently, grapefruit flavor. It isn't very sweet, it's more tart, which I really like.

I "googled" it - WOW a vodka drink in a can! But no carbs. Holy smokes.
 
I’m on a prescription that makes me nauseated if I have too much sugar

I don't know if that is a good thing, or a bad thing. I suppose the good is that "sugar" is not the best thing for us.

Oh - and yes to the breads!!!! Yes to CARBS....but they love me back a little too much. Kinda clingy.
 
Love sweets over here! I try to keep up my workout routine throughout the month. Then I allow myself to eat whatever on special days like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve but not let be an excuse to eat whatever I want in between. Sometimes there are parties in between and I just try to stick to whatever I want, but in moderation, reminding myself how I'll feel if I eat too many sweets (headache, sleepy, don't sleep well).
