In your opinion, what is the best tv series of all time? Is there one that you can watch over and over again even tho you have seen episodes multiple times? It can be on free tv or something that you have streamed.

For me it is the BBC Sherlock. It is smart it is funny. I love all the characters in it. It has the right mix of serious and comedy. The cast is wonderful too. And I can watch episodes again and again and I have.

I'd have to go waaaaaaaaaay back and say the original Star Trek.

Currently it would be New Amsterdam.

I know that nowadays, Friends is considered offensive for many reasons, but even though, I've seen it so many times....I still like it!

From a quality perspective, I'd go with Better Call Saul which was just amazing writing and acting and kept me on the edge of my seat season after season.

My most loved are the Office, The Game of Thrones. The Walking Dead, The X-Files.

Seinfeld....office....parks and rec....fresh prince....so many...lol

Anne with an E....

Gotham

@gonewiththewind yes to golden girls!

I loved the Cosby show...ultimate fave...but now I don't know how to feel about it anymore...

Little Britain

Ok...I don't think i understood the assignment. I picked too many!

My hubby would say Breaking Bad. He told our SIL that recently, at least. I had a terrible time even getting him to watch it, but he loved it.

I have a lot of them, but I'm going with Downton Abbey! I cried when that ended.

Oh yes, the Cosby show. We've watched that many times. But, same about the feelings.

Lol...missed breaking bad! So good!

Oh...umbrella academy!

Another vote for Better Call Saul. When I first heard of it, I was a bit sceptical (oh no! not a prequel...), but imo it is even better than Breaking Bad.

I also love Endeavour (another prequel which outshines its original, Inspector Morse).

@dawnmarch There's a new Vince Gilligan series in the works, starring Rhea Seehorn!

Have to say that the one series that I can watch over and over is "Murder She Wrote". I loved Angela Lansbury (RIP) in the role of Jessica Fletcher.

Lately I've gotten into watching CSI: New York and CSI: Miami on Pluto TV. And, then there are shows like Forensic Files and any true crime drama.

Another Friends fan here. I don't know what it is about it, maybe seeing the arc of the characters' development over the years, but I always enjoy "watching". I often have it on in the background and only pay close attention during my most favorite scenes. It's become a comfortable distraction for me. On nights I can't sleep, I lie down on the couch and put it on and I'm zonked out within 1-2 episodes. :)

Hands down, Gilmore Girls. I have watched the entire series through at least 4 times.

Oooo - the original Star Trek. It was ground breaking! But this gal is a Generations fan...and I've watched all 7 seasons at least 3X. Ha!

Wow! Breaking Bad kept me on the edge of my seat. Better Call Saul is even better?????
