So my kids heard about it on tiktok and I heard about it on the radio during my commute…. Brain Age!

It’s a thing apparently, lol! So, I get to work and totally quizzed myself! I like these results! Haha!

I am mentally 36! I’ll take it! (I just turned 48!)

I think I relate it to how you handle different situations. How flexible someone is, or how jaded/set in their ways people are. How we let things roll off you, or emotions when things don’t go your way. I took some of the questions literally where as some may not.

Mostly, I just took it for a fun giggle. I do think we are different so the ages makes me wonder or curious how it’s determined.
 
I will absolutely take this. :cloud9 I turn 52 on August 26th. Olivia is 25, so my mental age is just two years above her real age. I know it's just a silly quiz, but like @jk703 said, the questions do relate to popular culture and your abilities to flex and change.

Must be because I chose neither for a lot of the answers! A lot of them I truly couldn't answer yes or no because I fall somewhere in between. Honestly, I thought a lot of questions were geared towards a younger audience. I find that in many online quizzes with questions focusing on the future. A future that I am already living. Hard to answer those types of things.

I did have to laugh at the "Do you have a dream" question. I did answer yes... I have a dream that I will still wake up each and every morning. :giggle
 
Mine came up 28, which amazes me. I'm 50. I do consider myself young at heart. I sure would love to know how they calculate this and whether there is any actual validity to it.

Oh and I'm super tired right now, about to head to bed. As I began the quiz, I wondered if that would make a difference.
 
Ok, well I got the short end of the stick with this quiz not that it matters!

I’ve just turned 35 and it said 40. In a way I’m not surprised as I’ve tended to act older than my actual age from young.

I doubt there is any validity. Most answers I was in between and didn't choose one over the other.
 
I got 31 which is less than half my age so if only I looked half my age :)

Na, just kidding. I am just fine with myself at my age. That's the good thing about getting older IMO, you just be you and don't worry about it. I don't care about impressing others like I did as a young woman.
