So I have to ask, when you have cereal, do you finish the milk that you used on your cereal? Or do you pour it down the sink. I always finish my milk that’s left in my bowl. I always thought that was what you were supposed to do. And recently discovered that lots of people don’t finish off the milk. So tell me what do you do with the milk on your cereal?

Down the sink but then I don't put a lot of milk in my cereal. Just enough to moisten the cereal a little.

Now I'm really confused. People really pour out the milk??? Never seen that. That last milk is sooo yummy. Though, occasionally ... I give the last drops to one of my cats. He loves milk.

When I was a kid and was still eating cereal, any leftover milk was tossed ... I've always disliked milk and after my father made me drink the warm, sugary, gross leftover milk I stopped eating cereal.

A few years ago I was craving Cheerios and milk for some odd reason. Made myself a bowl ... one spoonful and I was done. Ick!

The milk that's left (with any sugar) is a treat. Although the cat prefers if I leave him a spoonful.

I usually finish the milk. I don't eat especially sugary cereal, so it pretty much just tastes like milk. Occasionally I will dump it if it was the end of the box of cereal and there are too many little crumbs. I don't like the consistency of wet crumbs.

Down the drain it goes lol. I don't really like milk at all except with the cereal. Sometimes I go and just put more cereal in the bowl until there's not much milk left.

Who dumps their milk??? The leftover milk is yummy!! My MIL had these cups that were plastic and they had straws attached to them. The kids always drank the leftover milk because it was so fun!

I love the leftover milk! Never knew that some people would pour them down the sink.

I only use just enough milk to lightly dampen the cereal - any more and the gluten free cereal turns to “mush”! For the little I use I just drink it.
