Both my parents have covid****update in first post

****His ruptured bladder couldn’t heal. When the hospital sent him home they left a catheter in that is supposed to be for hospital use not one for out patient use. They didn’t figure this out until he finally had an appt. with his doctor last week. He had to make multiple trips to ER because tubing kept getting blocked. He is having surgery tomorrow to repair his bladder. Prayers appreciated.

Oh, bless it. I so wish iatrogenic effects weren't such a thing and that it hadn't impacted your dad's recovery and care in this way. I am so very sorry, Danica. Lifting prayers for a smooth procedure and healing and recovery.

Dad’s surgery went well. He is healing nicely. Still has a catheter but will find out next week when it gets removed
