They definitely don't make up large %, but I went ahead and replaced 2 of them (from Just Jaimee's Sunkissed kit). They are all TLP designers, just evidently those kits retired. I'll keep the sun element from LBW because I went through 20 suns before deciding I liked that one best. I can easily swap out the retired elements after MOC (just hid them in my layout).
Another thing to keep in mind is that templates are 15%, and so if you use a template that counts for 15% and the other items would make up 85%. HTH
Is it okay if we write MPM instead of Memory Pockets Monthly? And is it correct that we could credit "TLP designers" for MPM? Or should we write out each designers' names?
Here's how I credit a monthly pockets collection: Memory Pockets Monthly: GIGGLE https://the-lilypad.com/store/Memory-Pockets-Monthly-GIGGLE.html Then as long as you add the link everyone will know which designers were used.
@mrs2a50 I've finished the challenges and my feed says there are only 30 posts but there are 31 challenges in my layout feed. I think your instructions said there should be 31 posts when we are finished. Do I post my tracker in there
Clarifying the Feb 2 deadline... We have all of Feb 2 to finish...correct? What time is the cut off time, and time zone? I am losing a good part of today and have 2 , plus recap to finish... will be down to the wire!!!
MOC 2022 Guidelines Number 17 of the Guidelines: You will have until 11:59 pm eastern time, Wednesday, February 2, to complete all your layouts.
I'm assuming we can use PRD and LBW products til MOC is finished? Now that they aren't showing in the store, how can we tell if they were current product for January? I'd hate to do a layout at this point with a non compliant kit or something
I know the cut off for uploading is Wed Feb 2, but when do we breathe a sigh of relief that our pages have been checked and don't need any revisions? THANK YOU!!!
The hosts have been checking throughout the event. We do our best to confirm compliance, but ultimately it is up to you to read the guidelines and make sure your page follows the rules. No revisions an be made after tonight at midnight
Do all of the challenge hosts confirm compliance? I have two layouts with no comments, that were turned in timely and I double-checked the rules for their challenge. Will it be bothering them if I say, "is my layout ok?" or should I do that to be sure?
You can do that if you'd like. If one of the pages is the one for January 31, I have visually confirmed compliance through what's posted so far, but have only started my commenting
Thanks so much for letting me know. Day 31 is one of the days that I was missing a "check-off" on, and there was one other. It sounds like I'm safe to assume that day 31 is OK since I didn't receive a request to alter day 31. I really, really, really, REALLY try to follow all the rules. But there's always that sense of relief when seeing the "thanks for playing in my challenge" comment, lolololol.
