Here we are! Almost to the end. What was your favorite layout for Week 3? January 22- 28 ? I made my husband laugh with the Bobblehead one. He now wants to get that photo made and hang it on our wall. But, I think my favorite is this one, because it took me awhile to decide on the conversation before I remembered this hilarious one last week: So, share your favorite!
I loved my Bobblehead layout too, but I have to go with the Speech Bubble Challenge LO. I laugh every time I look at it because it was so funny when it happened.
The stitched down elements was one of the most unique challenges we've done this month. I like having a few classics, but crave the new and different.
I cannot pick a favorite this week because I love ALL of them. I had to think through each challenge this week to find just the right topic and each one of them sparked a cool idea and ended with a fun layout that I never would have made without these challenges, so ALL of them it is.
@Karen "I cannot pick a favorite this week because I love ALL of them. I know, right? I think the Bobble-head is my favorite. I like the military story(23) page as well, AND 24 (Speech bubbles -snow),26(Tribute -Dad)...but Day22 may be my favorite challenge of all.
I liked the 10 random facts about me the best. It's funny - I find that the ones I think are FAB hardly get noticed, and the ones I think aren't more noteworthy than others get all the attention! LOL I liked this one because I got to play with paint, cartoons, shadows, etc...
I think this one was my favorite in part because it is one of my favorite photos and turning my 2 kids and my sister into bobbleheads is something I NEVER would have done without the challenge.
I really enjoyed all the challenges. It was a tossup between Day 29 & Day 27, but I think my favorite is the 10 Random Things About Me. I found it cathartic somehow.
I like several of my layouts this week. However, this one was surprisingly cathartic. I wasn't expecting to cry--he lived a long, happy life.
Well, I haven't posted in previous weeks' threads (too busy scrapping) so I'm going to post three from last week, because I just can't decide.. This one perfectly captures his personality, and getting all those hearts just right was a labor of love.. One of my favorite kits that I've finally taken time to use. @gonewiththewind inspired this page after watching her video of the same challenge, and it came together so much easier and faster than I expected... And finally this one, that is like the matrix of surface pattern design. It includes several papers I designed, and the kitties are sleeping on a quilt my mom made out of fabric I designed based on the original paper designs. I find it so satisfying on so many levels..
