I don't wear loads of make up, if I am just at home don't wear any. But to go to work its normally just light coverage of foundation, mascara and some contour. I use foundation and mascara until bottle empty I will then replace, nail polish I will replace every year if I end up with old ones sat on shelf. I don't own many nail polishes only about 6 which are all new.

I have a few eyeshadow palettes that I have had for at least 2 years now, but I have noticed that the colours don't seem as good on them now when put them on. I went through my make up at beginning of this year and put loads in the bin that had been sat in drawer for months / years. And I only actually kept what I knew I was going to wear, especially lipstick. I had loads I purchased in sets and knew most of the colours I would never wear.

I use a chain for my prescriptions that is about 3 doors away from my doctors but if I need something one off I’ll go to what ever chemist that I’m close to at the time.

In terms of make up, I hardly wear any yet. Maybe once I’m working I’ll wear more of it and more frequently but right now tinted moisturiser and maybe lipstick or tinted lip gloss is about my max. If someone else is doing it then I might do my eyes but with limited sight I’d hesitate to think doing it on my own would be a disaster or close to it. When I do finally branch out, I’ll probably still keep it pretty minimal and a natural brand if I can afford it.

I seldom wear make-up, probably last bought 7 years ago or so.
Prescriptions we get at the local shopping center so we wait a few minutes, no biggie

I only have one recurring RX and it's by mail. For one-offs, the doctor calls them in and I pick them up after they are ready. I manage everything for my mom and I renew hers online before pick up - they text me when they are ready, so there is no waiting involved.

I actually think most beauty products don't "expire" at the rate advertised and it's mostly a ploy to get people to buy more. I keep things for a few years without throwing them out unless I notice a degradation of quality. I throw nail polish away when the consistency gets thick (though I've been known to thin it out with acetone if it's a color I really like). All that is to say, I don't live by labels and I'm a very impatient person! ;)

I agree with this! I don't replace as often as the manufacturer says.
However, I have read about getting icky eye things from mascara and eyeliner that's old. I threw out all my eye stuff when I had pink eye as a teen.

I only wear lipstick, but since the pandemic and masks, don't even bother. What you see is me! LOL
