Ona @wombat146 is one of my long standing favorite layout artists. She has a way of blending backgrounds like no other. In this layout, I love the color matching--the layout is so incredibly cohesive and visually stunning. I love the blues in the photo of the girls.

@RJMJ created a visually stunning work of art! The blue and yellow frames keep the focus towards the middle of the layout. The eyes peaking behind the frames and words strips give a sense of depth. And then I take in all the word strips and message behind the layout. Bravo!

I'm on an ice cream roll here -- but this layout is too cute to not add to the Froggy Favs! @KarenW's sprinkles leading from one photo cluster (which are fabulous) to the other do it for me! I will keep coming back to Karen's gallery to scraplift her photo clusters!

Okay, so I seem to keep featuring the color blue, ice cream or dogs. Oh - well. There is too much 'tude here to not feature this layout too! Plus, @LivyBug created a gorgeous layout - full of soft colors, awesome balance in the design, and wonderful photo clusters!
