I NEED Christmas gift ideas! I have done a little shopping, but I am more stuck this year than I am most other years. I have every age range to shop for, from 2-30 (my kids and grandkids are 2, 4, 11, 12, 15, 25, 30) and even 50 if you count DH. I keep finding all these fun gift guides online, but I can't see to settle on anything.

Sooooo, I'm wondering if you all have found any cool gifts out there. Do you have any fun Amazon finds, or just random things that you think are really neat? HELP! :giggle

We love Bonni the Booty Shakin' Llama for a fun toy gift haha we bought one for a 6yo boy and one for my MIL who loves singing cards.

For my 5 yr old grandson I found these two games -

We're going with the boring but needed route this year. We're all getting sheepskin slippers from LLBean, robes, etc.

But a really FUN game you may want to think about is called Shut the Box. It's a dice and numbers game that's a blast to play and is good for any age. It's total chance, which is my kind of game. It will also help little ones with using their math in a fun way. They have single and four-player, but you can easily get by with the single one because only one person plays at a tine. Here's one (photo is linked), and here's a link to the instructions: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0440/7857/files/Shut_the_Box_full.pdf?6369375322623815056. Samson Historical is having a Cyber Monday sale, too!

We would play this with my mom even when her dementia was acting up. She had difficulty the first turn or so, but after that her brain seemed to wake up and she'd be having a blast!

@Donitab - I didn't see that you had recommend this, too! Great minds think alike, huh?

i'm not sure if this fits any of your people Jan but after we 'adopted' a koala for a year during the fires last year, and it seems every charity under the sun then sent me ad's, i ordered a few bracelets last week that 'track a sea turtle' (and there's other animals) from a site that contributes to wildlife conservation funds https://www.wildlifecollections.com/products/the-journey-bracelet
-i haven't received them yet obviously but i ummed and ahhed for a while b/c i wondered about scams (i don't know if i'm cynical or just wary) but this one seems to be 'real' according to their conservation partner site https://conserveturtles.org/scam-al...life-team-wildlife-charm-or-wildlife-mission/

i'm also doing Spotify gift cards for the teens, i know they're less fun but also practical considering they've outgrown toys and have their own particular fashion sense etc

Oh my gosh, that is adorable!! I know the littles would love that...especially the 2 year old who loves to shake her own booty!! :giggle

I really like that and am definitely going to check it out!!

Funny you should mention those bracelets! I was just looking at them today (the elephant ones) for the tween girls! Thanks for the inof on their authenticity!
Yeah, the teens are hard and I may end up finishing them up with gift cards.

We got our youngest DD a new Christmas tree and tree skirt for Christmas. She got her own place a few months ago and didn't have a tree, so we decided that would make a great gift. I bought a 7 1/2 foot, pre-lit tree and the skirt she picked out, from Amazon and she got it last Friday. She loves it and has it up and decorated already! The granddaughters are easy - they like all of my and I recently got myself a slouchy beanie hat. They both loved it, and don't know I got each of them one. I also got them slippers and got all of us "girls" flashlight/stun guns. LOL I got myself one and DH said to get them one because they'd want one when they saw mine. That's all I've gotten so far.

I love those beanies! I almost bought them for the girls last year, so I may pull the trigger this year. I do like the flashlight/stun guns, too!!

I had a big heavy police flashlight that I had in my car for self-protection that I got 25 years ago. I took a self defense course and our instructor highly recommended we carry one of these. It finally died (of corrosion) and while I was searching for a new one, I came across these bright pink flashlights that had the stun gun in them. HAD to have one!

Gift giving for littles who love toys is so much fun, but after that I struggle. My kids are 11, 14, and 17. The oldest and youngest aren't really into "stuff." They like gift cards and cash and that's what they ask for, but they also want to have 1 or 2 fun things to open. That's where I fail. I like the turtle conservation idea for my 11 year old--I'll look into that. Thanks! I'm also getting her an add on pack for the Sims video game she plays. She's a huge Hamilton fan, so I'm going to see if I can find something Hamilton-related that she'd like. My oldest will get a Steam gift card (video game downloads) and I'm considering a paid music service since he listens to the radio mostly. All 3 kids will get IOUs to pick out a few books they want me to order for them. My middle son is by far the easiest. He would rather have things for his hobby (Rubik's cubes) than gift cards. I'll order him a few cubes and probably a fun Rubik's cube shirt. I'm also going to try to get him a few jigsaw puzzles, since he likes putting them together. His big gift is a new Fire to replace the one that no longer works with headphones. (To be honest, I'm not sure if that's more a gift for him or the rest of the family--we're tired of listening to his cubing videos!)
