Alright, anyone who knows me knows I like my stories! So, we are adding journaling:
3 lines of journaling. Or more. But at least 3.
Lines, not sentences.

I gave it to you early so you'd have lots of time to figure out what to write!

I used to do slow scraps like this on a paper scrappers form, one step per week over the month. I'd forgotten how fun it can be watching everything change about.
The layout so far:
  • With these photos I picked out Pink Reptile Designs' BYOC April 2016 kit Hooked, and am adding in extra items from the other BYOC April 2016 kit in my collection - Simply This by Lynn Grieveson.
  • I decided to start with Lynn's These Days template as a starting point, and I'm using the software I'm trialling at the moment - Affinity.
  • No Journal cards in my BYOC April 2016 stash, so as I'm really wanting to find out what this software can do and how much it will let me do (Craft Artist crashes if I try to do too much at once) I made a JC using one of Scrapping with Liz's Daily Life Journal Card Templates

so...how strict are these rules? like, can I make a journal card out of a paper and a wordart? does that paper count against my 5? do the word strips have to be from a kit, or can they be strips I put more journaling on? I started with the first few prompts and then just sort of continued scrapping the page, so now I'm just hoping I am not breaking rules while adding/adjusting whatever is needed to fulfill the new prompts! lol

These are all okay.
If you make the journal card with a paper and wordart, it does not count for your word art or paper.
You are welcome to use journaling on your word strips! That makes them word strips to me - words on strips of paper. :-)

Steps 5, 6, and 7 are done

but I'm not going to upload my layout again because it's not hugely different from how it looked in post 28 above.
