Now I could be blind (and probably am at the moment) but are there any good kits etc for glasses, eye tests and the like

There used to be one vintage looking one, I can't remember if it was Paula, Lynne-Marie, Valeria or maybe even ForeverJoy but I don't see it in the store. Maybe it retired.

I'm looking for emerald green paper. It could be solid or have a pattern. A forest green might work too. I want my favourite colour to go with my favourite things notebook.

I know this is a holiday package but look in the corner there is a little swatch with all the solids. The green one is the same green from the stripe and the tree pattern papers.

You can't see the green very well from this preview but in the shop there's a page with it. There's a solid and the white and green patterned. You could also check the other paper packs in this same BYOC if it's the color you're looking for.

I was also going to recommend Eyesight. There's also Under the Weather, which has some eye stuff (plus, you know, general health stuff lol, which may work for other pages?)

This one isn't really about eye tests but maybe it is more versatile.

I actually have that kit. I didn't look closely at it because it is Christmas.
Thanks for the suggestion. The patterns are very intricate. I will look at the March 2014 and 2017 BYOC.
I looked at all the Saint Patrick's day stuff but it was too shamrock or grass green for me. I didn't even think of the BYOCs

Monica, I was going up the list of BYOC's. I wish there was an easier way to look through the BYOC colorwise. I was looking for EXACTLY this one and I thought it was either Winter or Fall. LOL!!! Thanks for finding it.

There you go, I love the green in this kit it's not your "usual" Christmas green. LOL!!!

I’m looking for something very basic: plain, straight stitching in white (other colours would also be nice, but I’m especially looking for white). Nothing fancy, or decorative, or messy, or scribbly, or shaped; just plain, straight stitching that I can use over and over again as a reliable basic. I’ve looked through the “Stitching” sub-category in the Element Packs category at the TLP shop, and I just don’t see what I’m looking for (though I do see a lot of really cool stitching!).

If there is a kit or an element pack that has plain, straight stitching in white, I will buy that kit or pack just for the stitching. Suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@mary kate - This might be a bit too broken, but have you looked at these?

Might be hard to see, but there is a large straight plain white stitch in this kit that is a square. You could cut it up. Look towards the outside edges of the preview to see it.

One of the Together parts (I threw mine all together) has a blanket stitch frame in white by Kim Jensen.

@mary kate the preview only shows black stitches, but the pack also has white stitching.

I've used this pack a few times. It was easy to turn the border into a straight line of stitches.

The stitching in this set is separate from the papers in the png version.

This one has cross stitches (i.e. xxx) in white and other colors.

That is exactly the kind of plain white stitching I am looking for. Thanks!!

I also love those stitch lengths by Lynn Grieveson (how did I miss those?!).
