I am the absolute worst!!! I cry at all the sappy sad movies. And the commercials too. Just watched Bohemian Rhapsody, and cried. After the fourth time of watching the last avengers film I finally only got a little teary eyed. This is progress for me! My husband always laughs and hands me a tissue exclaiming but why?!?
I think UP was the worst. It was all over for me after the opening credits and I haven’t had any desire to watch it since, lol.

Anyone else out there have a good cry watching a sad, sappy movie? I can’t be the only one.

Guuuuuuuuuuuuurl, I happy-cry all the time.

I cry every time Ellen gives away something on her show. I cry at all adoption/gotcha day videos. I cry during the big reveal of a makeover show. I cry when babies are born & when siblings meet them for the first time. I cry at pet-owner reunions & when military personnel surprise their loved ones after being deployed.

It is much more rare for me to sad-cry.

I ugly-cried the first time I watched the new "A Star is Born." That was rough.

I am such a crybaby - I've seen Apollo 13 dozens of times and every single time I still cry at the end. When I watched The Green Mile I started sobbing halfway through and didn't stop. Disney movies make me cry even.

But I also cry over commercials, over happy things, over music, so ...

I've learned to love being a cry-baby at least :-D

I'm not a cryer for movies, tv or commercials, or even books. At all. Usually the most I get is a lump in my throat. Pry only a handful of movies have made me teary, but no crying. I'm at the opposite spectrum, and always wondered WHY? I don't cry, lol! I have feelings, compassion and I'm a thinker, so it seemed at odds with my "normal." If that makes any sense? I do laugh out loud when I find something funny, though.

Maybe I'm hard core positive person? I don't annoy you, and have my snarky remarks, but I'm a really positive person. Always a silver lining. It may also be that I'm organized and realistic. I think maybe my mind goes to a solution or how to deal with the problem, and tamps down the emotion.

Man, I sound like I'm a void of a person. :giggle

I have been known to cry at commercials, at airports watching other people hug, in grocery stores when little girls hold their daddy's hand, baseball games when the small kid finally gets a hit and at a text from one of my kids, that just says, love you mom.

for the record, I weeped all the way thru the movie UP! all the way!

Yes! I hate to cry, too, because my nose will be stuffed up for days. Commercials are the worst. Of course, Christmas time kills me.

Yes, but I do try and hide it.
Hubby and the kids mock me mercilessly.

YES! The worst was when I was pregnant with DS and they had the first re-release of The Little Mermaid in the theater. I sobbed like no one was looking! Funny what those hormones can do to a person. :cry

I cry over everything. Happy things, sad things. You name it. And it doesn't matter if I have seen it a million times before, it will still get me.

But honestly, I cry even when I am super frustrated or mad. It all just comes out that way haha.

OMG I cry when I am mad too! Which really sucks. I cried during a performance evaluation at work because I was so mad about what they were saying and instead it made me look like I was a cry baby.

That is the thing I hate too. I don't want people thinking I am being a cry baby at all. I just sooooo angry haha.

oh yes!! I've cried on the theatre watching bohemian rapsody and a star is born as well ( at the end I was sobbing and my bf looking at me, worried...lol)
oh...recently I cried watching One day at a time on Netflix and I can't believe that it is not having new seasons . another reason to cry!! lol

I cry with movies, some music programs like the voice, makeovers, books...you name it!

I can get a little teary watching sad or happy movies. I have seen An Affair to Remember that many times but I still tear up at the end of the movie.
