The power just blinked for a few seconds at my house. It wasn’t long, but just enough that now all the clocks need reset. You know the ones on the microwave, the stove and all the alarm clocks in the house. I don’t really want to spend my day off setting clocks, so I’ll leave em for hubby to set... hehe Plus the power might go out again with the rain today.

Not wanting to reset the clocks got me thinking how wonderful it would be to have an app to set all the clocks. I know that wouldn’t be possible because they’re not all Internet connected devices, but it would be nice if an app could do that for me.

So let’s dream today. What silly thing would you wish for an app to do for you?
 
That one would be nice! We have "brown outs" a lot! They almost always mess up all of our clocks. Some of ours reset themselves, but not all of them do.
 
An app where I can tell it what to clean would be nice. I spent a half hour stripping beds and putting sheets on. Then I vacuumed the main floor. I got winded! I wish I could tap a button and an app turns on some machines to do all that for me lol.
I know there's a Roomba, which probably has an app, but have you heard of the Winbot? It's a Roomba for your windows!
 
I want an app that tells my robotic car to go pick up or drop off my kids from school stuff, activities, and/or work LOL. And I'd definitely go for the cleaning app that tells my personal servant robot to do all my chores for me too!
 
I'd take an app that could rewind time, not a lot, but to give you that added extra hour in the day to get stuff done.

Also, an app for laundry, or cleaning, would be awesome.

I'd love an app that could go to work for me!!! LOL
 
an instant sun cream application app would be nice (sorry snowy peeps i know you don't want to hear about patchy sunburn but an app that could take care of even application on even the squirmiest of kids would be great!)
 
oh and an 'i forgot my umbrella because there was like zero chance of rain this morning but a random cloud flew over and decided to rain on my parade' app that could, like ' go go gadget!' up a handy dandy umbrella or just an invisible rain shield would be fab too! #4SeasonsIn1Day
 
I'm on the clean my house for me band wagon! That would be so awesome! So yeah, basically I want a maid... who also cooks. :giggle

Oh yeah, cooking!! How about an app where you just click on the Pinterest photo of the food you want, and voila!!?

Have you seen the Orville? They have this cool microwave computer thing where they just tell it what they want, and boom! It reminds me of the Auto-Chef from the "In Death" series by J.D. Robb. I've wanted something like that for lunches for a long time! I hate lunch.

It doesn't do all clocks. But have you seen the Amazon Echo Wall clock?

It stays connected to your Echo so you never have to set it. If you look up reviews, you can see it automatically set itself! It's creepy-cool.

Thought of another one! A car-ice-scraper app!! I just spent 10 minutes scraping ice off my windows and it was not fun!
