thank YOU, you have been with me every day, and not once complained of my complaining LOL God bless you & @jenn mccabe , I honestly don't think I could be in a good frame of mind of not you two looking after me.... I have my life time friends calling me almost every day (now I have whatsup!!!) but they don't get the bit of not being able to scrap..... anyway, I know now why this last thing happened so I m confident that I will feel better in a couple of days!!!! I have learned: too much sweeteners, even if erythritol and stevia (kind of natural ones) is NOT good for our bodies..... even though I doubt any of you would be as silly as me and grab a jar of marmalade and eat it in 20 hours with a spoon from the jar
