love the tea rose look - takes me back to my childhood too (all the grandparents i knew collected these vastly expensive tea cups with flowers on them but they just stayed in the 'pretty things' cupboard and never got used - it took time and my own kids to help me 'get it'
starting by love the page you chose, if I am not mistaken I picked it as a GSO when Danyale posted, her pages are amazing, shame she doesn't scrap too often these days... and your lift is gorgeous. Love the muted pink and the borders you created, the silver spoon almost on the edge of the page, gorgeous text too....

oh what a beautiful poem, scraplift and page.. The elements you chose and the tea roses and papers are very retro vintage and absolutely perfect for the poem.. thank you for sharing. I can see doing this in calligraphy and framing it for someone for their baby shower to be hung in the baby's room. Beautiful!
