I love a Welsh Rarebit. As a kid, my Mom would make a “mock” one with American Cheese under the broiler and we would sprinkle with Worcestershire Sauce. Here we made the real one from scratch! It was delicious! 15 Feb 2025

awww thanks Val.. it is yummy and easy.. I also love my Mom's "mock" one too :) (basically an open cheese toastie!)

Thank you Becky! I think it gives people thoughts of eating rabbit LOL it is so far from meat!!! It really is delicious!!
