Out for my daily walk and I saw this little guy just walking around in the park. Raccoons are not normally out during the day, so I was surprised to see it out and about.

Oh isn't he cute.. you captured amazing photos and so glad you kept your distance as you are right they are nocturnal... scary to see them out in the day. Your photos are precious! TFS!

I have a racoon story. My son came across one attacking his chickens, so he jumped the fence, grabbed the racoon by the scuff of the neck, and threw it as far as he could away from the chickens! His daughter, age 3, told me all about how her daddy "gwabbed the waccoon and frew it far far away"!

They're cute though! :rolleyes:
