One of the things I worried about was accessing good masks. Dick has not had a chance to have another CT scan this year to determine if there is any cancer remaining. blood work is also needed to check his immune system. The gift of masks was truly a godsend for us.
A lot of "routine" healthcare came to a screeching halt in the facility I work. The Public Health Command/Medical Command determined it is a greater risk to come in than to receive "routine" care. I have been wondering how that affects those whose care is not exactly "routine." Though decisions for all. If one is immunocompromised, catching the virus can be a death sentence.
I'm glad you were able to get some masks!! Thinking good thoughts that Dick is in good health despite not having access to as much follow up care. Love how you used the template!
Yes, masks are a necessity these days. Great pic of the two of you. And I'm so glad that Dick is feeling well, keeping my fingers crossed for a clean CT scan.
