@Carol K. Aww! I wondered if that page was your inspo, but then I worried that my head was getting too big cuz I assumed I knew your inspiration! Your lift is so fun and perfectly "Florida," esp. with that background paper. You've inspired me to use that paper pack on some FL pages too! (I got them for a pool party LO, but you've made me realize that they are perfect for Florida pages!)
Very cool lift Carol! I love that you used the state shape to pop the photo of the blue skies and clouds in and putting some journaling there.. also love the tropical background paper and Welcome to Florida photo! Yes I agree a road trip to Florida is sometimes very long, but you have to do it at least once to get the full effect! I love flying there but have driven several times... when we were kids it was from NY to FL and I always kept occupied by reading the South of the Border signs along the route! Glad you enjoyed your trip and well done with the scraplift challenge. Great job of lifting Sara's page!!!!
@cfile I cherish your support. I love to fly to Fla., but the airport I use is an hour away, and the cost to park is more than a plane ticket! Driving this time avoided the parking and the rental car at the other end; and since my two grown son's both came on this trip (super treat) we had plenty of driver's to share the journey. (The next time I go will be solo, and I will take an Uber to the airport.)
