Note: This location was an abandoned railroad cut that dead-ended behind a new set of office buildings downtown. In my photo on the left, it was the unseen side of the sign that intrigued me. What did it say on that other side? It was fenced off. It probably just said Dead End or something banal, but I like to imagine that there was a more fanciful message there.
