(PS that is why I am glad I was able to retire 13 years ago... I retired just as things were changing over and I could not deal with the regime anymore. I was doing everything always and getting no credit.)
This page is amazing and heartbreaking. I am so sorry for your work problems and their lack of respect for what you add to the company. The layers, the colors, the flow of your journaling speak volumes.
I love how your paper strips reflect the corporate ladder and your struggle to have your worth valued. Isn't that the way it goes unfortunately! I can relate. I lived through something similar in my teaching career.
