oh my gosh!!! I am so sorry you had this terrible experience. I wonder if you can contact the insurance company and file a complaint at least. I cannot even imagine. I am so sorry you were not feeling the best for a week and the swelling/air reabsorbtion took a week to dissipate. I do how you are feeling better now. I love how you used the elements and paper to document, and fantastic journaling. So sorry you had this terrible experience. Feel better!
