The Pull-Over

Description
A double page spread (I've also uploaded both pages separately) with pictures of my mother taking care of my nephew and knitting a pull-over for him. She can be so funny sometimes!

Journaling reads:
It started out as just a ball of yarn in shades of baby blue. Each inch of it went through my mother’s fingers with great care and consideration. It took many hours, in many evenings, to create this warm and stylish pull-over out of the yarn. She made it for her only grandson and wanted him to be able to wear it the next morning when she would look after him. Determined she went on all night long and it wasn’t before she could hear the birds sing outside until she had finished it to perfection. Happy with her achievement she clothed Ayden with the knitted pull-over the next morning before feeding him a bottle of milk to keep him nice and warm. Little Ayden was even more tiny than she had envisioned, so the pull-over turned out to be a bit too big for him, but the color suited him very well. It will take some time before Ayden has properly grown into it, but that does mean that he can enjoy wearing it longer and feel the love wrapped around him that went into making it.

The right page is a scraplift inspired by this paper layout.

To create this layout I used the Hooked bundle by Pink Reptile Designs
I like how you got so many photos on your double spread and yet it doesn't seem overly crowded.
