"Before our visit to Vancouver Island we had gotten the tip to visit the Butchart Gardens. We thought we would spend a few hours there tops. Turns out there was so much to see that we spend half our day there. I especially loved the Japanese Gardens, they were so peaceful and I love the flowers. So exotic and different from those in Europe. We loved it. So Japan is very high on our travel bucket list, but this was an awesome preview."
