Then, you were a kindergartener, a wild and rambunctious child. You were smart beyond your grade level and didn’t quite know where to channel your energy. We were not sure how you would deal with the rest of your school life. We were hopeful for great teachers that could push you in the right ways. We knew we needed supplemented lessons to advance you in areas and keep you from being bored in the classroom.
Now, you’re a top tier 5th grader. We've been fortunate enough to have wonderful teachers for the past four years. You have discovered an education style that works. Gifted learning has been a outstanding asset. You still have a lot of energy, but have figured out that you can channel it into learning more about your passions - math , science and music. We are looking forward to what the next chapter holds, middle school and beyond!
